WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND OUR BRAND?

You can find BuffaLove at all Western NY Wegmans, Tops Friendly Markets, the Buffalo Airport, Dicks Sporting Goods and Bay-6.

Our Wine Glasses are available at Global Mckinley, Colonial Wine & Spirits, Global on Harlem Rd, Lexi's Fine Wine & Spirits and Amsdell Ice Cream!

We try to attend as many events around the Buffalo area as we can, if you would like us to bring something specific to an event please reach out!

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We personally handle the packing and ship the products ourselves. Processing may take anywhere between 2-4 days of shipping. With that, packaging and general shipping on business days you will receive the package in 3-10 days.

If you have any preferences involving shipping or timeframe please let us know and we will make sure you receive the products how and when you prefer.

PICKUP ORDERS IN PERSON

We do offer in store pick up. This option can be chosen at check out when purchasing online. Process time for in store pick ups may take 1-3 business days depending on volume.

If you need an item the same day, please contact our store and we will work our best to make it happen.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We make sure your privacy and information are as secure as possible. Please let us know of any questions or concerns.

RETURN POLICY

Mask and Lanyard Sales:

  • All sales are final.

Sale Items:

  • All sales are final.

Clothing:

  • If a BuffaLove Apparel item does not fit your criterion, you can return it for a replacement or refund of the total amount within 30 days. 

  • All tags must be kept on.

  • Any damage done to a product deems the item uncredible for return. Item condition must be the same as the time of purchase. BuffaLove Apparel has the right to refuse any item due to odor, damage or wear. 

  • Refunds are based on a case by case basis. 

Online Purchases:

  • Mask Sales are final.

  • Items purchased online are eligible for refund or store credit if a customer is unsatisfied with an item or it is not in stock.

  • Credit/Debit refunds are on a case by case basis. 

Returns Made Via Mail:

  1. Contact customer service at cs@buffaloveapparel.com to request a refund. If a refund if granted, pack the item(s) and include all the tags applicable. 

  2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, ordering number) along with your name, address, email, phone number and a brief reason for retuning the item.

  3. Please note, the return label is not prepaid. Please be sure to use a reliable carrier to send your package so that you can track it and claim damage insurance. BuffaLove Apparel is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Retail outside of our Camp Road location: 

  • If you purchase a BuffaLove Apparel item outside of our retail store, these items cannot be refunded in our store.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for online and in store purchases for up to 30 dats after purchase date.

  • All tags must be kept on.

  • Any damage done to a product deems the item uncredible for exchange.

  • Item condition must be the same as the time of purchase. 

  • BuffaLove Apparel has the right to refuse any item for return due to odor, damage or wear. 

  • Please have your order number or credit card used to purchase with you at the time of exchange.

  • BuffaLove Apparel will not accept or exchange if proof of purchase cannot be shown at time of exchange.
